HOW TO GET TO THE STADIUM

Getting to Emirates Stadium is simple, London’s comprehensive public transport system will take you within a few minutes’ walk of the ground where clearly located pedestrian signs will help you find your way. 

​

TUBE AND TRAIN

Both Arsenal and Holloway Road Stations (Piccadilly Line) are around three minutes walk from the  ground. Finsbury Park (Victoria / Piccadilly Lines and Overground rail) and Highbury & Islington  (Victoria Line, North London Line, Overground rail) stations are around 10 minutes walk from  Emirates Stadium.  For further information on travel in London

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO MY TICKET?

Once your purchased your ticket(s) an email will be sent to with a QR code which you can add straight to your smartphone wallet.

 

I BOUGHT MULTIPLE TICKETS BUT ONLY RECIVED QR CODES IN MY NAME?

Once you bought multiple tickets, our staff will be in touch with you to register your guest. 

We will require contact details of all your guests including Full name, Job title, Company name

Email address and phone number.

HOW DO I CHECK IN TO THE VENUE? 

Entrance to the Stadium North - Royal Oak. This entrance is located opposite Arsenal Museum. The Web3 summit will have signage and security outside to make sure it will be easy for you to locate the entrance. 

 

At arrival you will find the registration point, please make sure to have your QR code ready in your wallet. Registration process will be self-served: Scan your code, ticket will be printed and you are ready to go. We will have staff to assist you if you need help.

CONFERENCE APP
All the event content will be in one place, making it easy for attendees to find what
they need during the conference. Keep an I eye out. We will soon share a link to
download the app.

FOOD & DRINK

Refreshments and lunch will be available here for all speakers throughout the
course of the event. Any dietary restrictions/ allergies for the Web3 Summit to be
confirmed at latest by Monday 6th June to nelli@isportconnect.com
